Information you choose to provide

The short inquiry asks for your business, funding goals, and contact details. It does not ask for bank logins, Social Security numbers, or financial documents. The separate application asks for business and owner details, including EIN, date of birth, SSN, ownership information, existing funding positions, and optional bank statements. It includes drawn or typed electronic signatures and an explicit consent checkbox.

Before you submit

Entries and selected files stay in the current page’s memory until you choose to submit. No application draft is saved to a database or browser local storage. Refreshing or leaving the page can discard unsent entries. If sending fails, the page retains the entries so that you can review the error and decide what to do next.

When you submit

The website sends your information over HTTPS to BizDeck’s submission server. The server checks the required fields, document limits, and consent. Contact inquiries are delivered as email only and do not generate a PDF. Full applications generate a single-page OnTime Capital application copy that preserves the original BizDeck authorization rather than creating a new authorization. Application PDFs include the authorization text, submitted signature, and submission timestamp. Selected bank statements are attached in their original file form.

Email delivery and access

SendGrid processes the outgoing messages and attachments for delivery to the inbox designated by BizDeck’s owner. BizDeck’s team uses this information to review the business-purpose request and follow up. The copied questionnaire does not send your information to the reference company. A message may contain sensitive personal and financial information; the receiving inbox must be restricted to authorized staff. A large document set may arrive as several numbered emails with the same reference.

Storage and retention

This website implementation does not create a submission database or publish document download links. Uploaded documents and generated PDFs are handled temporarily in server memory rather than saved as publicly accessible files. SendGrid and the receiving email system may retain messages, attachments, and delivery records under their own settings and policies. BizDeck is responsible for its inbox access, retention, sharing, and deletion practices.

Account-access screens

Client, Partner, and Referral selectors are currently interface designs only. Authentication is not connected. Disabled email/password controls do not collect credentials, and no accounts or protected dashboards are created.

Technical providers

Hosting providers may process request information such as IP addresses, request times, and browser details. Google Fonts and hosted artwork also generate technical requests. The website does not include the reference company’s analytics code or application-level local-storage tracking. SendGrid open and click tracking are disabled for form-delivery emails.
